Peppermint Tea Holiday Mule

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Serve: 1
INGREDIENTS:

3⁄4 cup strongly brewed peppermint tea

1 1⁄2 oz vodka, cooled (optional)

1⁄2 oz fresh lime juice

3 oz ginger beer

1⁄2 oz simple syrup or honey to taste

Ice

Fresh mint sprig, lime wheel, or mini candy cane for garnish

Instruction:
  1. Brew your Tea. Brew peppermint tea and let it cool completely.
  2. Assemble the Drink. In a copper mug or rocks glass, combine cooled tea, vodka (optional), lime juice, and simple syrup (if using.) Fill the glass with ice, top with ginger beer, and stir gently.
  3. Garnish and Enjoy! Garnish with mint, lime, or mini candy cane for a festive touch.
