Earl Gray Honey Whipped Cream

INGREDIENTS:
1⁄2 cup boiling water
2 tsp loose leaf Earl Grey tea
1 cup cold heavy cream
3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
Instruction:
- Brew your Tea. Steep tea in boiling water for 5 minutes; remove tea and cool completely
- Make the Whipped Cream. Whip cream in a chilled bowl until soft peaks form. Drizzle in cooled tea concentrate and honey; whip to soft peaks.
