Recipe: Earl Gray Honey Whipped Cream

Earl Gray Honey Whipped Cream

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Serve: 4
INGREDIENTS:

1⁄2 cup boiling water

2 tsp loose leaf Earl Grey tea

1 cup cold heavy cream

3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

Instruction:
  1. Brew your Tea. Steep tea in boiling water for 5 minutes; remove tea and cool completely
  2. Make the Whipped Cream. Whip cream in a chilled bowl until soft peaks form. Drizzle in cooled tea concentrate and honey; whip to soft peaks.
