White Tea Holiday Spritz

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz chilled, strongly brewed white tea
3 oz champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine (can sub with sparkling water)
1⁄4 oz elderflower liqueur (optional)
Fresh cranberry or evergreen sprig for garnish
Instruction:
- Brew your Tea. Brew white tea at low temp (175°F / 80°C) and chill completely. Pour chilled tea into a Champagne flute.
- Mix and Enjoy! Top with champagne, prosecco, or sparkling water. Add preferred garnish for a festive touch.
