Apple Pie Latte
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup unsweetened apple cider
1/2 cup water
2 cinnamon sticks
1 inch fresh ginger
1/2 fuji apple
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup milk of choice
2 shots espresso
Make the rosemary simple syrup:
Add the maple syrup, apple cider, water, spices, and sliced apple and ginger into a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the syrup is dissolved. Remove spices and strain. Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the fridge.
Make the latte:
Pull 2 espresso shots and add 1 tablespoon of your apple pie syrup. Steam or warm your milk of choice and stir. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy. xx
