London Fog
4 teaspoons of Earl Grey tea or 2 tea bags
1 teaspoon of organic dried lavender
⅓ cup of boiling water
1 teaspoon of high-quality vanilla extract
½ cup of whole milk
½ cup of cream
– Steep 4 teaspoons of Earl Grey tea or 2 tea bags along with 1 teaspoon of organic dried lavender in ⅓ cup of boiling water for 5 minutes.
– Remove the tea bags and squeeze out any remaining liquid from them.
– Add syrup, if desired, to the brewed tea for added sweetness.
– In a small pot, heat the whole milk and cream over low heat until it reaches a temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit.
– Stir in the vanilla extract into the warm milk.
– Froth the milk and cream mixture using a frother. If you don’t have a frother, you can pour the mixture into a mason jar or cocktail shaker and vigorously shake it for 10-15 seconds to create froth.
– Pour the steeped tea into a mug, then carefully pour the frothed milk and cream on top of the tea.
– Garnish the latte with dried lavender or any other desired toppings.
