We’re coming in hot with another delicious yet simple, all-natural cocktail with AMASS, called Provence 75. This one is a surprising kicker – made with fresh lemon, lavender, a botanical dry gin that encompasses vibrant flavors such as hibiscus, cardamom, cacao, and ginger, then topped off with sparkling wine. After doing a little research, we found this recipe has been around the block – stemming from the prohibition era circa 1930 – so if that’s not reason enough to give it a try, you’re just going to have to trust us! Bonus points if you use fresh meyer lemon and garnish with local lavender.

1.5oz AMASS Dry Gin

.75oz Lemon Juice

.75oz Lavender Simple Syrup

2-3oz sparkling wine


Lavender Garnish

1. Juice your lemon
2. Add gin, lemon juice, lavender simple syrup, in your shaker with ice
4. Short shake to inegrate ingreidents
5. Strain into your chosen glassware
6. Top with sparkling wine
7. Add Ice
8. Garnish with lavender and lemon peel
