Spiced Tea Eggnog

INGREDIENTS:
4 oz freshly brewed black tea
3 oz warm milk or oat milk
1⁄2 oz maple syrup (or to taste)
1 egg yolk, whisked
Pinch ground nutmeg + cinnamon
1–1.5 oz dark rum (optional)
Grated nutmeg or cinnamon stick for garnish
Instruction:
- Brew your Tea. Brew tea and pour into a heatproof mug.
- Mix and Heat Milk. In a saucepan, gently heat milk with maple syrup, spices, and whisked egg yolk, stirring
constantly (do not boil). - Mix and Enjoy! Slowly stir the spiced milk mixture into the hot tea mug, then add rum (optional) Garnish with grated nutmeg or a cinnamon stick. Cheers!
