January pretty much felt like the longest month, EVER. In fact, it’s a miracle we’ve made it to February. Like most of you, we have a busy few months ahead, so to prepare for the madness, we are going to spend the next few weeks getting into the right state of mind and practice some self love. Whether it’s doing a little something to take care of your bodies, eat clean, exercise more, or simply treat yourself to a new pair of jeans, we approve.
