Amber’s March Favorites

It’s been a tough few weeks, to say the least. We kicked off the month on a high note with Amber (finally) moving into her new home that’s been in the works for a couple of years. Then, we got hit with news of Amber’s diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, or more commonly known as MS. And a week after that, here we all are, in self quarantine due to a global pandemic. The silver lining to all of this, is that we’ve all taken a pause. A very necessary pause to re-evaluate. And for that, we’re grateful. The beauty of being able to reset, spend time with our loved ones, and take care of one another is a true blessing.

Our hearts go out to anyone who is currently fighting this disease and their families — and words cannot express our gratitude to health workers around the world who are on the front lines. We are here to support however we can!

To round up today’s note, we gathered a few things that are getting Amber and our team through a whirlwind March. Join us in the movement to #stayhome, stay present, and stay healthy. Sending love from our family to yours!

Hi Amber – I’m not a leave-a-comment type of person, but wanted to say that I’m so glad you found the Wahl’s protocol. I have an autoimmune disorder, and previusly wanted to reach out and share how much the Wahl’s, and AIP diet have significantly reduced symptoms – but, most overwhelming with a new dx is often the shared opinion of everybody and their mothers! Sending you wellness, and healing.

I’ve always been so impressed with your beautiful design but your strength and composure during such a difficult time is infinitely more inspiring. So many treatments, standard and newly developing, and fantastic neurologists out west and nationally. Sending nurturing, warm vibes from the east coast.

  • You are such a talent and I am so impressed with your strength to share your story with all of us. My dear friend has MS and I think she is one of the bravest person I know. You will fight this and we will be with you every step in spirit. Remember when your walking and that breeze hits the back of your neck the angels walk with you.

I’m also an interior designer and suffer form several autoimmune diseases. Perhaps , it’s perfectionism that makes our work so good yet it’s so bad for our bodies. May you be blessed with full health again and enjoy all that you created!!

  • I am also so grateful you found Wahls Protocol. I’ve been writing to you from every possible way to tell you about her. Also email ma and I’ll give you more info.
Wishing you a beautiful healthy future ❤️
