We’ve been raving about Brightland’s brand new, limited addition lemon olive oil, LUCID, and it’s for good reason. It’s so good, that our team over at Shoppe Amber Interiors hosted Brightland for the launch of the good stuff. It was a night filled with martinis by Babes Behind the Bar and Pomp and Whimsy, bites by Highly Likely, and of course all the LUCID olive oil we could dip bread in. We were lucky enough to get our hands on the most delicious gin martini recipe, made with a dash of LUCID of course, so scroll down and give it a try. If you missed our interview with Brightland founder, Aishwarya Iyer, head over to our chat with her in last week’s Boss Files. #TGIF, y’all!!
