Giving Tuesday

The Giving Tuesday movement is a global initiative that encourages individuals, organizations, and communities to actively engage with and support the causes they care about. Launched in 2012, it takes place annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving and aims to inspire generosity and collective action around the globe.

This Giving Tuesday, join us in offering your voice, time, or resources as a vote for good. We’ve rounded up some special organizations to support this season. Read on to explore them all!


Baby2Baby // Baby2Baby is a nonprofit that provides children living in poverty across the country with diapers, clothing, and all the basic necessities that every child deserves.

A Sense of Home // A Sense of Home strives to prevent homelessness by creating first-ever homes and a community for youth aging out of foster care.

MS Society // The National Multiple Sclerosis Society (MS Society) is a non-profit organization that aims to cure multiple sclerosis (MS) and improve the lives of people affected by the disease.

The Surfrider Foundation // The Surfrider Foundation is a non-profit organization that works to protect and enjoy the world’s oceans, waves, and beaches.

I am A Voter // I am a voter is a nonpartisan organization creating a cultural shift around voting and civic engagement. Through positive, informative, and empowering messaging, they unify young and marginalized voters around a central truth: our democracy works best when we all participate.

Poderistas // Poderistas is a community by and for Latinas using storytelling, convening, and organizing to shift la culture, build lasting confidence, and inspire a lifestyle of civic participation among Latinas.

Black Mamas Matter Alliance // The Black Mamas Matter Alliance (BMMA) is a Black women-led cross-sectoral alliance that centers Black mamas and birthing people to advocate, drive research, build power, and shift culture for Black maternal health, rights, and justice.

Homeboy Industries // Homeboy Industries is the largest gang rehabilitation and re-entry program in the world. For over 30 years, they have stood as a beacon of hope in Los Angeles to provide training and support to formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated people, allowing them to redirect their lives and become contributing members of our community.

Downtown Women’s Center // Downtown Women’s Center is an organization in Los Angeles focused exclusively on serving and empowering women and gender diverse individuals experiencing homelessness.

Fifteen Percent Pledge // The Fifteen Percent Pledge is a non-profit organization that encourages businesses to dedicate 15% of their shelf space to Black-owned brands.

MADRE // MADRE is an international nonprofit organization that works toward a world where women and people who are marginalized fully participate in shaping policies and decision making, their expertise and leadership is recognized and upheld, and they equitably hold power and resources within their communities.

Heifer International // Heifer International is on a mission to end hunger and poverty in a sustainable way by supporting and investing alongside local farmers and their communities.

Mojave Desert Land Trust // The Mojave Desert Land Trust protects the California desert by conserving land, restoring habitat, and preserving native seeds.

GLAAD // GLAAD (Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) is a non-governmental organization that advocates for LGBTQ equality, acceptance, and understanding in the media.
