Mocktail Monday: Rosemary Pear Mojito

Happy Mocktail Monday, friends. Today we’re sharing our non-alcoholic Rosemary Pear Mojito recipe, featuring seasonal herbs and cold-weather fruit. Check out the recipe below, cheers! xx

Rosemary Pear Mojito

Prep Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 15 mins
Serve: 2
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup water

1 cup honey

2 sprigs fresh rosemary

4 tablespoons fresh pear juice

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

6 tablespoons sparkling water

Instruction:

Make the rosemary simple syrup: 
Add the honey, water, and rosemary into a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the honey is dissolved. Remove rosemary sprigs. Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the fridge.

Make the mojito: 
Combine pear juice, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon rosemary simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour into a cocktail glass with ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with fresh pear slices and sprig of rosemary. Enjoy. xx
