Recipe: River Fairy Cocktail with AMASS
With the change in weather and the ability to finally reunite with friends and family, we’ve been finding ourselves gathered around the table as the sun goes down, with a homecooked meal and a delicious drink in hand. Each dinner is a celebration, with lots of laughs and an incredible amount of hugs – the feeling of being amongst each other again is unmatched! To help celebrate these special moments, we teamed up with our friends at AMASS to share clean and delicious summer cocktail recipes to cheers with all summer long. If you haven’t already heard of AMASS – you must try! They’re one of our favorite all-natural distilleries here in California. It’s run and co-founded by Morgan McLahlan, one of the first female distillers in the world, and their packaging holds up to their exquisite spirits. They make for the perfect hostess gift or to be placed on a bar cart for display.
In this week’s recipe, we used the botanical blended, non-alcoholic spirit, Riverine to concoct a refreshing drink with mint, and cucumbers. It’s the perfect option for expecting mothers, non-drinking guests, or for when you want to keep things light. It encapsulates the lush landscape of the Pacific Northwest’s temperate rainforest and is distilled in California with a regional blend of all-natural botanicals such as Juniper, Sumac, Sorrel, Lemon Peel, and more. Feel free to sub in their classic dry gin or the botanic vodka if you prefer – either way, you can’t go wrong. Cheers!
