Mocktail Monday: Chamomile Fog

This month, we’re bringing back Mocktail Mondays! We’re sharing a non-alcoholic drink recipe each week, and first up is this frothy and delicious Chamomile Fog. Read on to get the recipe and let us know in the comments how yours turns out! x

Chamomile Fog

Prep Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 15 mins
Serve: 2
INGREDIENTS:

2 cups water

1 cup honey

2 chamomile tea bags

½ cup milk of choice

¼ tsp vanilla extract

Instruction:

Make the Honey Simple Syrup: 
Add 1 cup honey and 1 cup water into a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the honey is dissolved. Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the fridge.

Brew a Cuppa: 
Steep 2 chamomile tea bags in 1 cup boiling water for 5-7 minutes. While tea is steeping, combine milk, vanilla extract, and simple syrup in a frothing machine until fluffy and combined. Remove tea bag and combine all ingredients in a mug. Garnish with dried chamomile flowers and enjoy!
