Chamomile Fog
2 cups water
1 cup honey
2 chamomile tea bags
½ cup milk of choice
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Make the Honey Simple Syrup:
Add 1 cup honey and 1 cup water into a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the honey is dissolved. Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the fridge.
Brew a Cuppa:
Steep 2 chamomile tea bags in 1 cup boiling water for 5-7 minutes. While tea is steeping, combine milk, vanilla extract, and simple syrup in a frothing machine until fluffy and combined. Remove tea bag and combine all ingredients in a mug. Garnish with dried chamomile flowers and enjoy!
