Recipe: Christmas Coquito
Originating in Puerto Rico, this delicious and creamy spiked coconut drink is our favorite seasonal take on the classic eggnog. Happy sipping!
Christmas Coquito
1 15 oz. can cream of coconut
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
1/2 cup white rum
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutment, plus more for serving
Cinnamon sticks, for serving
Step 1: Prepare the Coquito.
Add all ingredients into a blender with 3 cups of water. Add or subtract any ingredients you desire until the flavor becomes rich, sweet, and creamy.
Step 2: Serve and Enjoy!
Pour into your favorite glassware and top it off with a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon stick to serve.
