Recipe: Maraschino Pear Spritz

We love a seasonal spritz here at All Sorts Of, and think we’ve found the perfect fit for those cooler autumn evenings. This elevated cocktail combines just the right amount of sweet, fizz & fall flavors.
Can be served as a standalone treat, or we’ve found it pairs well with a pre-dinner charcuterie.

Maraschino Pear Spritz

Serve: 2-4
INGREDIENTS:
120ml champagne
22.5ml maraschino liqueur
30ml pear juice
15ml apple cider
30ml orange juice
Garnish: 3 pear slices, ground nutmeg, cinnamon stick and a fresh sage leaf
Ice to serve
Instruction:
- In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker, combine 120ml of champagne, 22.5ml of maraschino liqueur, 30ml of pear juice, 15ml of apple cider, and 30ml of orange juice. Stir or gently shake the mixture to ensure all the ingredients are well combined.
- Carefully strain the cocktail into the prepared glass, allowing any ice or pulp to be left behind.
- To garnish, add pear slices and place them on a cocktail pick or simply float them in the drink with a sprinkle of freshly ground nutmeg over the top.
- Serve the cocktail immediately and enjoy its refreshing flavors and elegant presentation.
