The Gibson is a nice alternative to the classic dirty martini, offering a salty and savory flavor without the traditional olive brine. This is such a beautiful and crisp drink perfect for any soiree or intimate gathering. By rinsing the martini glass with water and freezing it beforehand, you ensure a perfectly chilled drink!

Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 15 min
Serve: 1 drink

2.5 oz Vodka

1/2 oz Dry vermouth

1/4 oz Cocktail onion brine (optional)

Cocktail onions (for garnish)

– Rinse a martini glass with water, then place it into the freezer to chill.

– Fill a shaker with ice.

– Add the dry vermouth and cocktail onion brine to the shaker.

– Shake the shaker vigorously for about 30 seconds or until it becomes ice cold.

– Remove the lid of the shaker and add the vodka.

– Stir the mixture gently with a bar spoon for another 30 seconds.

– Strain the liquid into the chilled martini glass.

– Garnish the cocktail with a single pickled onion or skewer 3 cocktail onions with a martini pick.
